  1. Consequence modelling including explosion modelling and gas leaking modelling
    • Consequence modeling is a process used in various fields such as risk management, disaster preparedness, engineering, and environmental science to predict the potential outcomes or consequences of specific events or scenarios. It involves the use of mathematical, statistical, or computational models to simulate the effects of various factors and variables.
    • Example case is to model and simulate the exposure of leaking toxic gas NH3 from a pressurized vessel with certain opening in the welding area of pressure gauge on the vessel. By modelling and simulating with specific assumption e.g. wind speec, wind direction, properties of leaking gas, Surrounding barriers, Rainy/Cloud days etc, we get to know the exposure radius of the gas leakage. This information could be used later for setting up emergency mitigation plan.

  2. Explosion Protection Venting Design/Review/Calculation sizing for new or existing Silo/Dust Collector/… based on NFPA 68 and EN 14491
    • To be engaged for designing for new project / reviewing of given design for explosion protection venting burst, according to NFPA 68 or EN 14491. Parameters such as Pressure Nominal, Pressure Reduced, Activated Pressure for Venting burst will be reviewed according to NFPA 68 (2020 year) or EN 14491.
    • Structure analysis by modeling given design using Finite Element Analysis for increasing accuracy is able to be demonstrated to ensure the Safety Factor of structure whose venting burst design is met with the criteria taken (this could be from Yield or Ultimate strength). This is to validate the design to ensure the structure is not collapse because of under design.

  3. Vessel/Silo/Tank design  with Finite Element Analysis for modelling structure analysis
    • Mechanical design for designing Vessel/Silo/Tank according to specific standard (ASME/API/etc) with Finite Element Analysis. The design is customized, depending on the User Requirement Specification, and will share the analysis report for specific design.

  4. Inspection, installation and  for EX-rated equipment both for Combustible Dust & Flammable liquid/gas/ Vapors
    • EX-rated equipment with specific protection required are installed by person who have competency to do it. False installation could impact to loosing the protection function of the equipment. E.G junction box with explosion proof that will be installed within ZONE 22. This junction box will have flame path which is not allowed to be broken by false method of installation which somehow broke the path.   The protection will loose which means junction box could release the ignition sources to Zone 22 and might lead to Fire and Explosion.
    • The same to installation, inspection will require special knowledge to get know if the EX-rated equipment installed is installed correctly.

  5. HAZOP, LOPA, BowTies  Lead Facilitator
    • Lead and facilitate workshop for Preliminary Hazard Analysis including HAZOP, LOPA and BowTies.

  6. Fire Safety  Evaluation System for Business, Healthcare Occupant and Industrial Facilities
    • This method is based on NFPA 101a for Life Critical.
    • Elements to be considered : Construction, Interior Finish (Corridor and Exit), Interior Finish (Rooms), Corridor Partitions/Walls, Doors to Corridor, Zone Dimensions,  Vertical Openings, Hazardous Areas, Smoke Control, Emergency Movement Routes, Manual Fire Alarm, Smoke Detection and Alarm, Automatic Sprinklers.

  7. Inspection, Testing and Maintenance for fire equipment
    • Develop, Setup for inspection and maintenance for fire equipment. It is including fire sprinklerm fire hydrant, Manual Call Point.
